Following graduation, Alfredo worked behind the chair and forged relationships within the fashion industry – eventually styling designer, Jeremy Scott. His relationship with Scott opened the door to working at NYFW under the tutelage of legendary session stylist, Eugene Souleimans as part of his team. Alfredo’s career successes include working with celebrities such as Bjork, Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora, M.I.A., Havana Brown, Devon Aoki and recently Katy Perry. His work has been featured in publications such as Vogue Japan, Billboard Magazine, Flaunt, i-D, and Jalouse. He still maintains a close working relationship with Jeremy Scott and has worked on various campaigns for the designer including Adidas and Moschino.

Rachel Brumbaugh

Rachel Brumbaugh

TONI&GUY Hairdressing Regional Director

Rachel Brumbaugh’s first TONI&GUY experience was at an advanced course in New York City. After realizing that a strong educational foundation was the key to unlocking a wealth of potential, she decided to dedicate her career to learning, sharing and bringing out the same passion she has for hairdressing, in others. Knowing she wanted to focus on education, she earned her instructor license in 2006, moved across the country to California and worked as a stylist at the TONI&GUY Hairdressing Salon in Newport Beach. Rachel became an instructor at the first West Coast TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy in Santa Monica and was then promoted to Education Director. She then moved to the Costa Mesa campus, where she became the Academy Director. She was lucky enough to continue the creative side of her career with TONI&GUY through traveling across the country teaching hairdressing, working on photoshoots with top designers, and working on fashion shows including Los Angeles and New York Fashion Week. She was honored as Hairdresser of the Year for TONI&GUY twice and continues to express her creative side through photoshoots and editorial work. Brumbaugh is now the Regional Director for the West Coast TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academies.

“Choosing to begin a career with TONI&GUY so many years ago is still the best decision I have ever made and I am excited to share the possibilities that are within reach with my students and staff every day.”
